What is the average delivery time
Delivery time may vary with each product.

If the products are "In-stock", the shipping duration may vary from 24 hours to 7 days depending on the delivery location. It depends on the accessibility of the delivery location and delivery areas of our courier services.

If the products are New and are Pre-booked, i.e orders that are booked before the official release of the product, delivery of these products depends on the release date. Once the release date is announced, order may be shipped on same day, following the same delivery schedule as that of an in-stock item.

Please do not return products without first speaking to our representative at Ozone. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process a refund.
What are the conditions on returning a product?
In case of any damage/defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product. The returned product should be in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product. In any case you will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

We will deliver your order as soon as the payment is identified in our account. IMP Note: The Cheque or (Demand Draft) DD should be in favour of “Ozone Overseas Pvt Ltd. ”Payable at Delhi. Also send your order details like Order Number, Name and Contact Number with Email Address written on the plain paper along with Cheque/ Demand Draft (DD)
