Payments & Returns Policy

Return Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt, for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below). The number of days from purchase that you have to return merchandise varies depending upon the item, as follows:

Damage Reporting Requirement For Delivered Items*:

You must report any visible damage to Consumer Electronics; & Goods Equipment within 72 hours of home delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, the refund or exchange will not be accepted. You may return your product for a replacement or refund as long as your item meets the following criteria:

  • If you have received an item in a 'damaged' or 'defective' condition.
  • In case, the wrong selection was made by the user, then it will be considered optional returns and may attract cancellation charges.
  • The item must be in original condition & packaging, with all relevant accessories (including warranty cards, manuals, tags, certificates of authenticity, etc.)
  • Against manufacturing defect/s: incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty (please read our warranty policy below).
  • Replacement can be made for the entire product/s or part/s of the product as subject to availability of the product at ozonehomz.com
  • You may return or replace the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Ozone homz replacement policy is only applicable on the products "sold by ozonehomz.com" and not from any other merchant / seller or marketplace.

Items/Charges Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

  • If the original packaging has been opened or tags or labels have been removed.
  • Items damaged, altered, or abused after delivery to the customer.
  • Delivery, labor and/or installation fees cannot be refunded.
  • Items out of the warranty period cannot be returned.
  • In case, the wrong selection was made by the user, then it will be considered optional returns and may attract cancellation charges.

Note: all returned items not accompanied by a completed paper copy of our Return form will be automatically declined and sent back. Customers may call us at + 91 9716500300 between the hours of 9am - 6pm.

Promotional offers

In the event of a return of items purchased in connection with a gift or award card promotion, all or a portion of the card amount may be deducted from any refund or exchange (please note that certain Award Cards may have a date on which they expire, which will be indicated on the face of the card). When returning items in which a free or bonus item was also provided as part of the purchase, the value of the free or bonus item may be deducted from any refund or exchange, unless the free or bonus item is also returned unused.

Where appropriate, refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment. We reserve the right to limit or decline a refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges Will Not Be Given Without Receipt

Because our automated system processes your order almost immediately after you click the "Process Order" button in Checkout, it not possible to cancel your order before it fulfilled.

Refund Methods

The refunds processes commence after we have completed evaluating return and sent a notification. The refunds will be made according to the following table:

* When making a purchase as part of a multiple-buy discount (for example, "buy one get one free") the value of the discount will be pro-rated among all items that are part of the multiple buy. If some but not all of the items that are part of the multiple buy are returned, the refund or exchange amount will be the amount paid for the items returned less the pro-rated discount. Refunds and exchanges may also be reduced if a discount was given at the time of purchase conditioned upon a bundled purchase, and some but not all of the items that were part of the offer are returned.
